E-coaching is wonderful addition to regular coaching siince both you (client) and I (e-coach) can be miles apart. As e-coach I use skype, FaceTime, chat , sms, email or and other app that adds value to the coaching.
E-coaching can be used next to regulair life coaching or relationship coaching. An additional advantage is that the coaching becomes time-independent through the use of email. Both you and I can decide when to read, process and answer the coaching messages. Especially when distances are large e-coaching with skype, chat and email is convenient and effective.
E-coach: ideal for organizations and companies
With the introduction of large scale use of internet and communication apps within commercial and ego contexts, support and coaching of employees has become more effective and more efficient. Use of on-line communication tools enable stimulating optimally self direction and empowerment. Additionally it becomes possible that learning and development takes place in ‘real life, actual and relevant (work) situations’.
As certified co-active coach (CPCC) I bring to my coaching skills and tools to use in e-coaching without risking loss of connection to clients.
